Fran Villarmia-Kahawai, a native of Hawaii, has been involved in Real Estate since 1992. She graduated from the University of Hawaii with a BA in Marketing while completing several college-level real estate classes. She and her husband, Shawn, founded Properties International Limited in 2007 after developing and operating the General Brokerage and Property Management divisions for a large developer on Oahu for several years. Fran is active in real estate organizations and served in the following capacities: President and Director for the Honolulu Board of Realtors HiCentral MLS board and President and Golf Chairperson for the Hawaii Chapter of Certified Residential Brokers (CRB). Fran currently lives in Honolulu with her husband and three boys.
